Turn off M23 at the Gatwick Airport exit, then follow the signs all the way for Gatwick until you reach the South terminal roundabout. Go straight over to the North Terminal roundabout, then take the 4th exit, following signs for the A23. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit, then take the 2nd turning on the right into Massetts Road. Gatwick Belmont is 100M along on your left-hand side.
